Job Overview: A law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Finance Partner to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive real estate finance background to provide clients strategic counsel and transactional expertise.

Job Duties:

• Represent clients in complex real estate finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documents.
• Manage due diligence processes to ensure comprehensive analysis and risk assessment.
• Deliver exceptional client value through insightful counsel and strategic advice.
• Utilize the firm’s national platform and tools to cultivate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Arizona.
• Minimum of 10 years of focused experience in real estate finance.
• Demonstrated expertise in various financing transactions, including construction loans, homebuilder acquisitions, development loans, etc.
• Portable practice preferred.
