A law firm in Trinity, FL, is actively seeking a highly qualified Senior Business and Commercial Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess a J.D. from an American Bar Association accredited law school, ranking in the top 15% of their graduating class, with a minimum of 7 years' experience as a commercial attorney, preferably in construction, real estate, or business. The position requires exceptional writing and analytical skills, with a preference for candidates who have participated in law school extracurriculars such as law review, moot court, or trial team. Outstanding organizational, time management, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, and strong business acumen is considered a plus.

Duties:

• Provide legal expertise in business and commercial matters, focusing on construction and real estate.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice to clients.
• Manage and lead legal projects, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address legal issues and provide solutions.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
• Top 15% ranking in the graduating class.
• 7+ years of experience as a commercial attorney, preferably in construction, real estate, or business.
