The role involves managing personal injury cases from initial client intake through the resolution of the case, either during the pre-litigation process or throughout the lawsuit and trial assistance. Duties:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, either during pre-litigation or from the initiation of a lawsuit.
• Manage client communication, case documentation, and the legal process efficiently.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance companies to reach settlements.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and potential trials.
• Collaborate with legal teams and support staff to ensure smooth case progression.
• Maintain detailed case files and adhere to deadlines and procedural requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law or defense.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury case handling from pre-litigation through trial.
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active State Bar membership in good standing.
