Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in workers’ compensation defense.

• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.

• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A portable book of business is highly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications & Licenses

• Active license to practice law in Virginia and Washington, D.C.

• Maryland licensure is a plus.
