Location:

• Woodland Hills, CA

Duties:

• Develop litigation strategies for insurance coverage disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, drafting memoranda and position letters.
• Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage advice.
• Supervise and participate in mediations and settlements.
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Engage in depositions, document reviews, and all aspects of litigation.
• Collaborate with team members and interact with clients.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice in California.
• Minimum three years of experience with major insurance companies, especially in specialty lines (D&O, E&O, EPL).
• Strong academic credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
