• Attend and report on depositions, hearings, and discovery-related proceedings

• Engage in settlement discussions and trial preparation, including authority requests

• Communicate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely task completion

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients for case updates and planning

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York State Bar

• 1-5 years of legal practice experience

• Prior exposure to insurance defense litigation preferred (1-3 years)

• Ability to manage cases independently and work under minimal supervision

• Comfortable working in high-volume litigation settings

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of New York
