This role focuses on representing clients in T-Visa cases, helping them navigate the complexities of immigration law. The position offers hybrid work opportunities and involves some travel, as the attorney will represent clients before USCIS and EOIR across the country.

Location:

• San Antonio, TX

Duties:

• Represent clients in T-Visa cases, with a focus on survivors of human trafficking
• Advocate on behalf of vulnerable populations in immigration proceedings
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and manage case filings
• Travel as necessary to represent clients before USCIS and EOIR nationwide
• Collaborate with a client-centric legal team to provide solutions and achieve positive outcomes

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Two years of immigration law experience (preferred)
• Texas Bar license (preferred)
• Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to advocating for human trafficking survivors

Education:

• Associate’s degree or higher (preferred)

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (preferred)

Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English)
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively
• Compassionate, patient, and thorough legal approach
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
