Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather information, provide legal advice, and develop case strategies.

• Participate in case evaluations and provide recommendations for case handling.
• Stay current with changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation practice.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Juris Doctorate or higher degree from an accredited law school.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
