Be a part of this mighty team as a Project Manager (Senior Technology Implementation Professional).

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional delivers new technological solutions to meet Specialty Pharmacy business needs in alignment with enterprise objectives. This is an opportunity to showcase your operating systems knowledge, business analysis skills and your ability to provide subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Work assignments will involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. This person will be a subject matter expert on implementation project teams and will use their systems development knowledge and analytical abilities to ensure new programs and updates meet with success.

Responsibilities include:


Complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.
Build relationships and partner with others across multiple teams and departments.
Provides or solicits subject matter expertise from a business perspective
Share expertise to influence department's strategy.
Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and perform daily work without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.


Required Qualifications


Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
Experience problem solving and providing consultation within complex environments
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts with the proven ability to influence others.
Experience networking within a matrix organization.
Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to express complex technical and business concepts to all management levels, peers, and the business.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
Knowledge of ScriptMed pharmacy software
