Our maintenance team is looking for an individual to join the team full-time. 

Provide maintenance, upkeep and repair of residential and other properties. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and mechanical repair.  Individual will be highly organized and must be able to communicate with staff and other members of the agency.  Candidate will also be responsible for m

oving and assisting in transportation of furniture and equipment; s

etting up and breaking down desks, offices,

 and a

ctivating and deactivating building emergencies and responding to emergency c

alls

as dir

ected by Maintenance supervisor,

evening hours/weekends emergencies.  

Individual must also have a strong work ethic and be able to multi-task.  Position does involve snow removal during the winter months.  Qualified candidate will be 

exercising discretion identifying projects that need higher skill

s,
