The Houston office is seeking a litigation practice attorney with two to four years of broad based, personal injury litigation experience. Candidates should have strong case management skills and experience coordinating matters in Texas state and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial. Candidates should expect to spend the majority of their time preparing discovery responses, preparing discovery requests, and evaluating documents, records and other materials in connection with each case. It is preferred that all candidates are admitted to the Texas State Bar.

The position is not a partnership track position.

Qualifications include:

- JD from an ABA-accredited law school;

- Excellent academic credentials;

- Personal injury litigation experience;

- Previous federal and state court experience preferred;

- Ability to manage a large case-load efficiently;

- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment;

- Ability to provide excellent client service;

- Strong organizational and analytical skills;

- Strong oral advocacy skills.
