DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be responsible for providing cost/scheduling and claims support and will assist in the assessment of current project schedule milestones. Candidate will be responsible for: maintaining master project schedule, reviewing and commenting on construction contract baseline schedules developed by the contractors, reviewing and commenting on monthly progress schedules and progress reports submitted by contractors. Prepare updates and issues budget status reports for management. Coordinates project personnel to collect and interpret cost data. Assist the Program Manager and Program Controls Manager with cost management. Forecasts costs at completion, reports change metrics, and quantifies cost risks. Assist in the financial closeout of projects and contracts. Tracks and analyzes cash flow and the impact on obligations. Track project progress and generates status reports. Analyze project commitments and expenditures. Performs additional assignments as required.

Typical duties may include: • Maintain, develop, and update the Master Project Schedule • Oversee the cost, schedule, and budget management of the Central Subway Project • Transition to the use of EcoSys EPC (EPC) for cost reporting • Update trends, budget revisions, actual costs, and cost reporting • Support the funding function and provide time phased cost projections • Integrate construction contractor schedules into the Master Project Schedule (MPS) • Develop and enforce scheduling specifications • Evaluate construction contractor schedules and assist in approval of the baseline and of monthly updates • Perform schedule “what if” scenarios and review Time Impact Analysis (TIA) • Support construction change orders • Participate in configuration management and change management • Manage cost and schedule contingency

The schedule and cost control team will carry out the following activities: • Maintain the program budget and cost forecast • Support implementation of EPC to replace the current cost reporting system through meetings, process and procedure development and documentation, and development of reports • Develop and maintain the MPS including interface points, milestones, logic, activity codes, layouts, filters, reports, resources, and cost accounts • Produce a consolidated Monthly Cost Report, Monthly Schedule Report, and Progress Report • Support construction scheduling, including monthly review and analysis of contractor schedule submittals, TIA evaluations, and change order support • Focus on the management and administration of construction contracts by transitioning and assigning resources to serve as cost/schedulers for each construction contract REQUIREMENTS:

• BS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building/Construction Management • 10 years scheduling experience and a strong background using Primavera P6 scheduling software • Experience working on rail and/or tunneling projects is preferred • Experience with construction schedules for the design-build phase of the projects • Experience with cost control on capital project development • Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling knowledge/experience and the ability to analyze schedules to determine duration and logic issues • Proficiency developing detailed resource loaded design and construction schedules, and preparing progress/status reports and performance of earned value analysis • Due to the complexity of the project, schedulers with troubled project takeover experience is highly desired • Experience with time impact analysis • Experience with construction claims and change order • Construction scheduler should have experience integrating the construction schedule into the master schedule • Candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills • Should have experience with Primavera Contract Manager 13
