Workforce in Transactions Senior Associate
The candidate will oversee associates on projects as well as conduct human resources due diligence and integration services on mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and dispositions working with a mixture of both private equity and corporate clients. A Bachelor's degree is required preferably in applied mathematics, mathematics, business administration, accounting, economics, finance, human resources management. Must have 2+ years of prior experience in at one or more of the following areas: in HR transactions, actuarial, compensation and/or strategic service consulting. Active CPA, FSA, ASA, Enrolled Actuary, SPHR, Member of the Bar, J.D. degree, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Certified Equity Professional, preferred. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically technical writing skills. Must have basic knowledge of job and organizational structures used in different industries.
