Responsibilities

Where you Come In

The Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2 gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Responsibilities

The Technology Implementation Professional 2Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Support

o Monitor status of projects in flight, remove barriers, communicate status, etc.

Project Process Support to include but not limited to

o Project Tracker (project connection check in, quarterly governance meeting, process improvement ideas log, maintain Project Tracker documents when changes occur).

o Project process flows: Maintain Life of Project Flow, Help Seniors with getting current and future state process flows, maintaining end to end upstream/downstream process flow

Required Qualifications - What it takes to Succeed

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years' experience with project release implementation management

Prior experience with coordination and implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team

Prior experience problem solving and consulting within complex environments

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Teams experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

Power BI knowledge

Experience in technical writing

Project management experience

Product management experience

Knowledge and understanding of the SDLC process

PMP Certification
