Workers' Compensation Defense Associate or Staff Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for managing the legal defense of claims from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. Should have 1-3 years of workers' compensation experience. Must have a general knowledge of the California workers' compensation system and have superior writing, research, and analytical skills. Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus. California Bar admission is required.
