ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Our firm currently has a position available for a bright, creative, motivated associate in our Portland office with five-plus years’ experience and complex litigation experience in Oregon law. We pride ourselves on our creative, collaborative team environment. LEGAL ASSISTANT/SECRETARY
with Oregon state and federal court e-filing background needed for our Portland office. Experience with Washington state and federal courts helpful. PARALEGAL
needed for our Portland office. Support attorneys in areas of trial preparation, litigation and discovery analysis, witness interviews, internet and legal research. Manage numerous matters in realm of trial preparation including document review and management, expert recommendation, medical records analysis, all phases of discovery, and trial and litigation support. Prepare summaries/chronologies, medical damage spreadsheets, witness interviews, deposition summaries, exhibit lists, arbitration/trial notebooks, general drafting of general and discovery pleadings, correspondence with attorneys, physicians, courts, and various agencies. Manage matters in worker’s compensation, personal injury, Social Security disability, employment discrimination, environmental, and class action matters. Interact with clients, physicians, and attorneys. Software utilized: LexisNexis Case Map Suite, Summation, ProLaw, Corel WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional. Paralegal Certificate required.
PARALEGAL
needed for our downtown Seattle office. This is a permanent, full-time position, with a billable hour requirement of 125 hour per month. Must have two- to five-years’ litigation experience, with significant experience working with medical records and providers and thorough knowledge of Washington state court rules and procedures.
