Description
The Lead Agile Coach Coaches, educates and mentors organizational leaders and their teams to instill a scaled, successful enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Lead Agile Coach works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The RTE/Agile Coach work includes creating tools and leading training sessions specific to the needs of the Voice and Call Delivery Release train in order to demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Agile methodologies in their day-to-day work. This associate will guide our organization through the SAFe Agile transition and drive continued adherence to optimal Agile work practices. Promotes a culture of innovation by implementing Agile processes and principles which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and velocity. Will provide on-going iteration management for high profile initiatives to provide real-time coaching as well as to gather and share Agile best practices.
The RTE/Agile Coach will have the following responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the flow of value through the program using various tools, such as the Program
and Value Stream Kanbans and information radiators
Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PI)
Facilitate PI Planning readiness via fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and via Pre- and
Post-PI Planning meetings
Facilitate PI planning
Aggregate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and
transparency
Aggregate program PI objectives into Value Stream PI Objectives (the VSE) and publish them for visibility and transparency
Assist with execution and Feature/Capability completion tracking
Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync at the Program Level and the VS sync at the value stream level
Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and
the roll-up to the value stream level and Portfolio Level
Escalate and track impediments
Encourage the collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects, Engineering, and User Experience
Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other value stream stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
Help manage risks and dependencies
Report status to Program Portfolio Management and Release Management and support related
activities
Understand and operate within the ART Budget
Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
Attend System Demos and Solution Demos
Drive continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the program/value stream and help improve
Encourage Team Level, program level, and value stream level Continuous Integration and Communities
of Practice around SAFe, Agile, and Lean and around Engineering and Quality Practices
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Guide and mentor team on transformation strategy and training
Work with leaders on strategy for Agile ways of working, maturity roadmap, and organizational changes needed to further mature organization.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8 years of technical experience
2 years of Agile leadership experience
Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer
