In a virtual environment intended to support curriculum-related questions, Learning Assistants play an integral role in building trust and executing on engagement with students to assist their learning experience. Learning Assistants have an opportunity to play a more virtual-friendly role that directly relates to the bootcamp journey and adds meaning to our pedagogy of learning in a virtual capacity.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Prepare and

stay up to date

with specific curriculum expectations and core concepts.

Stakeholder for student satisfaction, as it pertains to support and learning KPIs.

Stakeholder for all Learning Assistant and Senior Learning Assistant performance under your direction.

Work cross-departmentally to enact change and enhancements that improve the centralized student support experience.

Handle technical or service-related escalations, supporting Senior Learning Assistants as necessary.

Identify and conduct weekly coaching sessions with Learning Assistants and Senior Learning Assistants - as necessary.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

Mastery of the Learning Assistant and Senior Learning Assistant roles.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience supporting a Boot Camp Program, or experience as a Senior Learning Assistant.

Previous management experience.

Be able to infuse empathy, support, encouragement, and fun into the Learning Assistant and Student experience.

Available to work nights and weekends, as necessary.

A positive attitude. You look to turn every negative experience into a positive one.

Ability to assist students with technical practices via text or video chat.

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is $55,000.00 with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
