The purpose of this role is to support The Hub Linehaul Manager, monitor daily volumes, ensure trailers are loaded correctly and execute the changes made in the line haul plans to optimize the line haul network.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eBe present on the dock during the sort ensuring systems are in place to monitor load volumes and working with HUB Linehaul Manager on current needed adjustments and/or contingency plans.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCommunicate with Hub Linehaul Manager daily to reduce lines and maximize network efficiency.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWork with Line Dispatch monitoring any late lines into the HUB and working with HUB Operations implementing any recovery contingencies.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMonitors load quality and capacity utilization, and, develops and implements improvement plans with Training and Development and HUB Operations.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage line haul admin staff to ensure timely date entry into Fastrac line haul module.\u003c/li\u003e
