Seeking Intellectual Property Patent Associate with 2-3 years of experience working as a patent attorney. Candidate must have: An undergraduate degree or an advanced degree in a technical field, Electrical Engineering, or physics, or the equivalent in experience. USPTO license required, with 2-3 years' experience preparing complete utility patent applications. Background in signaling processing & communication systems and experience with a telecommunication protocol (e.g., 5G NR, LTE, UMTS, GSM, 802.11, or similar) highly preferable. Must be motivated to practice as part of our national Intellectual Property Group, with the skills, enthusiasm and commitment to become a partner at this firm.
