Workforce in Transactions Consulting Manager
The candidate will manage as well as conduct human resources due diligence and integration services on mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and dispositions working with a mixture of both private equity and corporate clients. A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in applied mathematics, mathematics, business administration, accounting, economics, finance, or human resources management. Active CPA, FSA, ASA, Enrolled Actuary, SPHR, Member of the Bar, J.D. degree, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Certified Equity Professional would be preferred. Must have 5+ years of prior experience in HR transactions, actuarial, compensation and/or strategic service consulting. Strong financial acumen is needed and strong excel skills are strongly preferred. Prior experience in managing large-scale projects is desired. Prior experience drafting reports and presentations to C-Suite executives would be an asset. Prior experience collaborating with other M&A service lines is a plus. Prior experience in supporting successful business development campaigns is ideal. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required. Knowledge and understanding of industry business models and financial structures is a plus.
