Candidate will drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, legal opinions, and financing documents, as well as assisting with transactional-related due diligence to support deal closings. Prior substantive knowledge of affordable housing finance or tax credit syndication is not required. Must have a strong interest in affordable housing and corporate transactional work, and a willingness to learn to resolve complex legal issues relating to affordable housing finance and tax credit syndication. Strong writing skills, creative problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work successfully in a team environment are preferred.
