Analyst: Legal - Contracts
Responsibilities: Review, draft, negotiate and analyze a wide variety of commercial agreements. Interpret and explain contractual terms, conditions, rights and obligations to business staff and convey Legal Department recommendations with respect to contractual provisions. Manage the configuration and use of the Company’s contract management system. Identify areas for process improvement and assist in developing best practices for contracting across the Company, including drafting and updating form agreements and contracting provisions. Lead projects related to implementation and use of technology to facilitate efficient development of contracts for internal clients. Work collaboratively and professionally with all members of the Legal Department, business unit staff, and outside third parties. Execute on direction set by in-house attorneys and Legal Department leadership. Adhere to and support standards and goals of the Legal Department. Other duties as assigned, including management of special projects.
